Navigating Mental Health Through Art

My newest digital art designs, est. November 2022

About This Passion Project

This digital art project was born after I was diagnosed with major depression followed shortly after being diagnosed with cancer.

In the months following my diagnoses, I started creating my most cathartic work. It was the most sane I'd ever felt! After that initial catharsis, I was able to push past my own creative expectations and eventually explore my love of abstract art, outsider art, meditative patterns, and more. I’ve come to a comfortable new digital art style that’s separate from my other work and that...

...holds space for both joy and pain.

Art may not be a magic wand that can heal everything, but it can give us the space to express and discover ourselves, and to find hope and healing in the process. My hope is that my art can help you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I'm excited to share this new project with you, and to continue exploring the powerful ways that art can help us navigate the ups and downs of life.

Follow the journey.
